TRG Direct ISF System Features
Excel Template Upload - Simply input data in the appropriate part of the Excel template and upload it directly into TRG Direct.

Web-based - TRG Direct is completely Web-based. There is no expensive
software to purchase or download and no need to engage your IT department.
Templates Save Time - TRG Direct has a template feature (at no additional
charge) for repetitive entries, so if your transactions from certain suppliers
are always the same you can simply choose that template. Don't waste time keying
in information that is already in the system. TRG Direct customers find this be
one of the greatest tools in our system and take full advantage of this feature.
Standalone Application - TRG Direct does not require ISF filers to also file
their consumption entries. In fact, most of our ISF customers begin filing ISF
only and then move to direct filing of their consumption entries after they
learn how easy the system is.
ISF & Consumption Entry - Choose to file both your ISF and consumption
entries with TRG Direct and save more time on your consumption entry. Many of
the elements required in the ISF are also required in the consumption entry.
Once you enter your ISF the same fields in the consumption entry are
pre-populated with the data from the ISF.
ISF Field Population - As you are provided with information for your ISF you
have the ability to start the entry, save the data and come back to finish it
and transmit later. Once an entry has all of the information that is needed you
can hit transmit earlier than allowed (24 hours prior to vessel lading) and it
will sit in a queue and transmit itself to U.S. Customs at the appropriate time.
Multiple Users - Your account will allow you to set up multiple users and
manage each user's privileges.

*Vendor Access - With TRG Direct you can provide access to your overseas
vendors where they can populate their information on your behalf.
Search - The search screen allows you search ISFs previously filed in the
system by Reference, ISF #, by Carrier or by Container.
Edit an ISF - After an ISF has been submitted you may need to return to that
entry to correct information if you are notified of changes with your entry. TRG
Direct allows you to simply edit and retransmit an ISF at no additional charge
to that initial filing. You are only billed once no matter how many changes are
made.
ISF Status Updates - Your account can be set up to automatically email you
prior to vessel lading so you are prepared to transmit the ISF on time. Once
your ISF has been submitted the system can email you an update of the status
with U.S. Customs.
