in Phoenix. A few highlights from this year's conference.

Greg Hodge won the Founders Award!
This was announced during the opening ceremony and he received a trophy that we were
able to proudly display at our booth throughout the event. The Founders Award is given to
the ICPA member that refers the most new ICPA members throughout the course of the year.
Way to go Greg, this was great recognition for us!

Our customers were giving demos!
We could not have asked for better support and live testimonials from our current direct filers!
The best thing about a web-based system is that our clients were able to login to their
accounts at our booth and file their ISF! AND THEY DID! Cheryl from Cooper Industries gave
prospects a first hand look at how easy TRG Direct^®'s ISF solution is by showing them what
she does daily.

Mike Laden presented Record Keeping Requirements.
Mike was invited to present this year on Import/Export Record Keeping Requirements. This
session was highly attended as Mike's expertise in compliance is known throughout the industry. The March Trade Spotlight will reflect his presentation as well as other highlights from the conference.

We gave away gold!
It seemed this year that every other booth at the conference was raffling off a Kindle. Once again TRG Direct^® stood out from the crowd by raffling off $280 in gold bouillon. We had many compliments on our booth and the creativity and buzz we bring to the conference.
